Samples and Tile in quantity
1. Choose a category and browse products.
2. Select a product from the listing to view detailed information.
3. To add a product to your Shopping Cart, click the Add To Cart button.
4. The Shopping Cart page displays any products that you have chosen with unit price and subtotals.
5. You can modify the quantity of your order by changing the quantity box and clicking the Update button.
6. When you are satisfied with your Shopping Cart contents click the Checkout button.
7. You will be presented with a form page requesting your Billing and Shipping Address and Payment preference. When completed click the Submit button to go to the final order confirmation.
8. This page presents your complete order with applicable sales tax and all information entered from the previous form. Review this information and if correct, click the Submit button to send us your order.
9. The resulting page will provide you with a copy of your order and a unique order number. Print this page for your records. If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order please have your order number handy and call TOLL FREE 888.735.TILE or 210.734.TILE

RETURNS
No product may be returned without prior authorization. Only defective product or incorrect orders by Art Tile can be returned. Damages are the responsibility of shipper. No returns of any kind can be made after 30 days from date of shipment to buyer. Liability for lost or damaged returns belongs to customer or return shipper.

Art Tile will not be liable for any consequential damages, loss, or expense arising from use of or inability to use the product for any purpose whatsoever.

Characteristics of Handmade Ceramic Tile:
Color variation is a natural, inherent characteristic of hand made ceramic tile. It is important to mix tiles from different boxes prior to installation to ensure a desired color variation. This type of material may also have a slight variation in sizing and surface regularity. Hand made ceramic tile characteristically can have "crazing", or cracks, in the glaze surfaces. We allow these inherent characteristics to take place naturally, which gives these tiles, as well as the full complement of trim and accessories, the personality that is desired in the hand made ceramic industry and specifically to our factory production.
